[edit reason] no naming of staff, and no sticky requests please... [/edit]
Can you post your (genericised) example of the destination URL? Specifics are not allowed.
e.g. http*//www.example.com/blah/page.htm?se=goog&kw=blue+widgets
I use many kinds of destination URLs and have never had an account disabled. It is more likely to be something unique to your site.
Our account which has been active for about 6 months with no issues, suddenly began to Pause:
According to Google Adwords our
destination url was www.domanename.net.net (notice the extra .net) I personally manage our account and it NEVER had any extra .net in the "destination url field".
Believe me, we got deactivated about 4 times, and I checked the AdGroup 4 times, so I thought our web server was down, NO according to our Host.
Google kept insisting the destination url did not work, so they would deactivate that url in that AdGroup which impacted our business.
When I inquired, Google Support said,
"Thank you for your email. I understand that you are concerned that your ad
was disapproved for a nonfunctional display URL because of a bug.
Please note that we always display all ads exactly as our advertisers
enter them into our system. We ask that you be sure to check that the
information in the 'Display URL' field accurately reflects the destination
of the ad and that your 'Destination URL' functions properly. I have
researched you case and have not found any evidence of a bug or technical
error.
"
I'm sure it will happen to others.

drdsl2000, I'll keep a watch out for other instances.
Because of the nature of my role here at AdWords, I have a pretty good overview of what issues are affecting advertisers - and I've not heard of another instance of the behavior your describe.
However, I'll certainly keep my ear to the ground, and post again if I hear more.
