Is AdWords credit card processing down?

None of my cards work.

I signed up for a new account a few days ago.
Set up a campaign, and was waiting for it to start running, but nothing happened for a day or so.
So I go to the "account admin" section, and see the $5 is still outstanding, so I try to submit the cc info again. But now it comes back declined. ( This card is a business check VISA card, on an account with 10s of thousands of dollars, so it should not be declined ). Tried my personal gold cards too, and none of them work.
Tried sending them an email, but 2 days and still no reply.

Anyone have a similar experience?

Ok, back again.

hotice_2002, I'm very glad indeed that things are working for you now. I think it's very instructive that this was so important to you that you 'worked all night'. I'll be passing some feedback on to our customer service teams about this.

Now, get some sleep!

marbella, I think calling is the right thing to do, and I hope you will.

As an alternative, use the 'Contact Us' link and in the subject line of our email, in capital letters, put "ATTENTION ADWORDSADVISOR".

Ordinarily, I wouldn't be able to do this, but in this case I'll look for your email, and make sure you're answered - clearly this has gone on long enough.

I've said it before, I'll say it again. Thanks for your patience!

Hello Hotice,

Can you pls. email me the phone no. for Google too? Maybe even the rep?

AWA, can you give this too?

I'm from Asia too, the Philippines and my sufficiently-funded card is not being processed by Google's payment.

I've submitted emails (one of them has ATTENTION ADWORDSADVISOR) already.

Best regards,
Alex

Every single time I have used the "Contact Us" link I get no response whatsoever. There is nobody to answer these requests and I have been trying for close to two years to get any of my accounts to accept my credit cards.

All I want is to spend some money with Google. Is that too much to ask?

Clearly, something out of the ordinary is going on here Spearmaster - but there is no way to troubleshoot it without seeing your account(s).

Would you please email using the 'Contact Us' link within one of your account, and put ATTN: ADWORDSADVISOR (in all capital letters, please) in the subject line of the email. In your email, I'd mention your other accounts, as I suspect that the issue may lie there.

I'll look for your email, and make sure it is sent to the right people - and that a response will be forthcoming.

Note to alextc: your email was forwarded to me today, and I'll pass it on.

Alextc, I take it that things are working OK now?

I certainly hope so!

Hi AWA,

Thanks for the concern. Nope. Nothing yet.

The Google phone rep (David) told me a specialist was already working on my acct (even before I talked to him). He told me to expect an email soon.

No email yet as of today though. AWA, if it ain't much to ask, can you pls. follow-up on the specialist?

Best regards,
Alex

AWA, great news! Kirti of Google just gave me an email below. It appears that I was penalized for having two accounts. My other account was stopped (0 impressions), and my main account (topic of this post) was identified w/ that (same credit card).

This is why I couldn't charge my cc. The page just reloads and won't erase my outstanding balance. After I received this email, I was able to charge my cc today online.

For those having similar problems, Google may have penalized you for having multiple accounts (particularly if you used the same credit card).
