Good luck.
1. Are both your ad compaign and ad group on?
2. Is your daily budget fine?
3. Is yesterday is the end day of the ad?
4. Is your CPC too low? Try to play around how the ad react.
5. Have you past the credit limit with AdWords?
1. Yup
2. Ok - set to 500.00
3 - verified - not expiring until march 1st 2004
4. cpc wasn't too low - nothing marked as such and no disabled keywords or warnings about slowing down campaign because of cpc
5. nope.. only did 15 dollars yesterday.. they billed for 300 just a few days ago 0 problems.. low balance. I usually pile up to 500 bucks before being billed.

I didn't hit 100k in that campaign yesterday although i've reached over 100k before and not been throttled/locked.
Last time i ran this exact campaign for a week and 0 problems. This time it ran yesterday and stopped just before midnight as todays reports show 0 clicks. Odd.
I wrote them and inquired. Will wait it out.
I thought it was because i was editing and changing some adgroups today and got warned about one of them that i could have had issues but i didn't get a single ad today.
If you wait it out, your might lose 2 or 3 days. You will probably receive an email saying -
Thank you for your email. It appears your account was placed on hold while our Specialists reviewed it. Our records indicate that your ad is currently running on Google. Blah.. blah.. blah..
If at any time your account is not preforming, then give G a call. This is a good forum for advice, but once it starts affecting your revenue - you need someone who can look at the control panel figure out the problem - its a toll free number and I've only once had a rep unable to figure out a problem.
