Google do NOT publish a full comprehensive list, and it varies by country, continent etc.

eg: Aol USA = Google
Aol UK and Europe - Overture

this link may help:

[adwords.google.com...]

I don't think there is a "present" list. And probably won't be unless a person interested in the subject updates the one from March. Hint ;)

Well, Shak beat me to it and with a much better answer.

The traffic from that "and more...." search engine is awesome.

Clearly if you syndicate in the UK you will now benefit from Ask Jeeves, NTL World, Kelkoo, Dealtime, Hotbot, Lycos and more....

If you take content network then my uncle dave and other M & P's come into their own (or so I believe, we don't syndicate on content sites so wouldn't know for sure)

I know that Google hides the list.
But I suppose there may be many people interested in it. My clients usually want to know where their ads are going to be display, and I can't find arguments to counter this request.

many tracking tools will allow you too see traffic by "source sites"

if you run enough of a campaign, you can see the players along with conversion rates :)
