A few hours ago I noticed that my campaign statistics for today hadn't changed. I waited a while, juste logged in, and everything is the same. I went to google, typed several of my keywords, and NONE of my campaigns are showing. I tried all of them. What can be wrong? I'm loosing a lot of clicks!

BTW, my campaigns are all active, no slowed or at risk keywords, everything fine, but adwords are not showing at all

Have you reached your maximum $ amount for the day?

I have a high budget that is never reached. Still has lots of it left for each campaign.

Has you paused and then resumed today? I sometimes mix up on ad-campaign/ad-group pause and resume options.

yep same here...my campaign is only allowed to run during working hours on weekdays.

After resuming the campaign again today at 9am, no campaign statistic, click, etc are showing after 6-hours sinze the campaign was resumed.

I realize that it could take 3hours for ur ad-account to refresh, but its gone past that.

Is this normal, and can be dismissed as a 1 day thinga nd it should be fine tomorrow?

Or is it more serious?

This thread has a list of reasons why ads aren't being displayed: [webmasterworld.com...]

The list that eWhisper provided sums up the possible reasons in good detail.

Have you made any changes to your ads, ie. added new keywords or modified the ad itself? It could be that your ads need to be reviewed due to the changes you made?

I agree that eWhisper has compiled an excellent list. If, having gone through that list, you still haven't found an answer, I'd suggest contacting AdWords support.

While all of us here are 'working blind', the AdWords support folks can look at your actual account and get to the bottom of things in short order.

None of it aplies to my campaigns. Budget is high, keywords are fine, everything is just as it was. My campaigns were going well, sudenly, one day they all stopped, I didn't change anything, they just stopped, and my campaigns had been running for about 2 weeks.

I tried puting up an ad with very common keywords, just to test it, such as free, sex, software, etc, and nothing, it won't show, so I have an account that I cant use at all. I wish someone from google could read this thread and check it out. I've emaild google's support, but haven't received a reply yet.

Actually Fryman, I am from Google. But there really isn't enough information here to answer the question, much as I'd like to.

Sometimes, there is just no substitute for being able to see the actual account.

I'm guessing that you'll have your answer before too long. Thanks for your patience.

Fryman,

I'm surprised that Google hasn't responded to your request. I had two of my listings stop running also and contacted customer service and within two hours they fixed the problem and contacted me later that day to answer any questions I had. Their customer service is exceptional.

When you contacted them, did you email them directly or did you use the contact form at the AdWords site? If you haven't, make sure you use the contact form, it will make things more efficient.
