what is google adwords?

how i use it as keyword suggestions tool?

hi all,
i am new to google adwords. i visited "https://adwords.google.com/select" , to get some keyword suggestions.but i was unable to understand how i can use this tool.
please if any one can explain how can i use google adwords for keywords suggestions. i am using overture and **** and want to try google adwords also.

You may need to have an active account to get suggestions. You might try:
