Has anyone noticed that the newly created ads are not showing if these ads were created in the last three days? I have one ad group that is blacked out since I corrected or changed all ads in this group. I am also unable to create any new ad groups.

It's not only you. Changes of yesterday and today are not gooing live.
I think some employees got vacation or something, they need to review the ads/keywords after 1000 impressions or something like that then the ads/keywords go offline until it is reviewed by a employee.
