Language & Countries

I just setup my campaign yesterday and chose "English" as the language and "Canada & United States --entire country" as the countries.

Does anyone have better suggestions?
How are your Language and Countries working for you?
I feel like I'm missing out on a very big international market, but worried about fraud and big time scrubbing.

How long for an ad to go live?(Has been 24hrs with no ad)

I would really appreciate all the help.

Create a new campaign with the same keywords for the international market. If you implement the Google conversion tracking code, you can find out if it is worth the effort.
