As Google Adwords booming in China, a number of small-and-medium companies invest budget in Adwords. While two obstacles hold up their self-help in posting ads: language and US dollar credit card payment on line. This provides chances for some web service providers, who are now acting as middlemen to provide the SMOs with advertising on google.
With more and more "middlemen" participating in this profitable business, some fraudulent means are adopted by some marketers to mis-guide the advertisers and to beat the competitors. Quite a few marketers utilize some influential on-line IT publishers to self-propagand themselves as "google's China agent" "google's partner", though google has never authorized any companies or institutes in China nowadays to distribute Adwords.
Further more, Adwords is re-packed by the "google agents" to re-sell in China search engine ads market. They've invented various google advertising products: Openshow(cost per impression), month-package(cost per month), and so on, to blindfold the advertisers and to make great profit.
