Adwords Use The 'Did You Mean:' Suggestion?

I searched for 'affffiliatte' and 'unssssscbribe' - it generates no natural listings but they DO generate AdWord listings.

Now I relaise that advertisers maybe using these words but;
a) It seems unlikely as these are extreme misspellings.
b) Shouldn't these terms be rejected?

But, both these searches do generate a 'Did You Mean:' suggestion. Could AdWords pull advertisers from these suggestions when there are no results?

I maybe on crack, but thought I'd say something.

roitracker - this is almost certainly not the case. I'm 99.9% certain, & will confirm with engineering.

I've just done both searches. Looking at the results, I think that the spelling correction feature is doing its job, and/or the advertiser's are running on the misspelling.
