No, Google has many times assured us that neither an Adwords nort an AdSense aco**** will have any influence on the normal Search Engine Rankings of Google.

the only effect I've ever seen has been positive where a G partner has your ad up and G crawls that partners results - then counts it as a backlink - it's a nice bonus

NEVER seen an adwords ad show up as a backlink, as its not linked directly to you, but goes through Googles adserving system 1st!
