Not sure why this morning while trying to resume my campaign the status switched over from 'Paused' to 'Ended'.

The CTR for each keyword is well within limits of at least 1% per 1000 impressions a month. So I wonder what may of caused this.

Google have not contacted me via email and explain what has happened.

I didn't think there was an end date?

We wanted to keep the campaign running until april/may 2004 time.

With November/December periods in our industry not been so busy, we where thinking of not running the Ad in those months.

I'm just curious about the 'Campaign End Date' this is something am not aware of as I have not set this up.

Thx for your response.

Oh thank you.

It was set to end today, hence the End status.

Appreciate the help.

spud01, you are not alone in this! (And good catch Shak...)

This may sound like a silly suggestion, but here goes anyway:

If you use an online calendar (or, hey, even a paper one), it's a good idea to calendar end dates while you are setting up the campaigns.

I've talked with dozens of advertisers who've been mystified when their advertising suddenly came to a halt as their selected end date was reached.

Campaign End Dates seem to be one of those things that the human mind simply can't hang on to. But your calendar will remember! ;)

AWA,

Yea, calendars do help remind the absence of mind on somedays what is scheduled to happen next =]
