Are disabled keywords still banned from WHOLE Account?

Says so in support email dated June 11 2003

In June after an unimportant KW was disabled, I learnt from support that after a couple of disablements (sic) that the KW will not be able to be used again in the WHOLE OF THE ACCOUNT.

As things change rapidly, does anyone know if this still applies?

I have ever created a new Ad Group, and actived the disabled keyword in the same account. The keyword looks fine. You do not worry about this.

Sorry hotice_2002 but I do not understand what you are saying.

The email that I received from Adwords support specifically stated that if the keyword is disabled too often it will be banned from the whole account. That was in June.

Things change rapidly and support staff can be quite wrong so I wonder if this still applies.
