Adwords Testing?

I found a strange Adwords format that looks like some kind of beta-test.

The interest bar is gone, and the 3rd ad on the right says "Seattle-Tacoma WA" where the interest bar usually is. A friend in Boston tried the search, but saw normal results. This is the only term I've seen this for.

Might be an interesting indication of things to come...

Anybody heard anything about Geo-Targeting as a future feature?

I played around a bit, and I got the same thing for "dental insurance" but could not get it to re-occur using any other keywords. The interest bar was gone, and the same ad that stated "Health Insurance -Seattle" with Seattle, WA underneath appeared as "Health Insur. Baltimore" with Baltimore, MD underneath.

Perhaps this is being tested only in a handful of geo-locations and only for certain keywords. Interesting find.

I'm outside the US, and I've never noticed this. Maybe it will work only for the US.

I should clarify, I was using a US-based proxy server, not a Canadian one.
