My original campaign has been stopped overnight for lack of clicks.
I did some changes to my ad and some of the keywords that I'm targeting on are being stopped for the reason of <0.5% treshold even though my current CTR is around 1%. For example 6 clicks for the most current 500 impressions. Does my original campaign have anything to do wiht it?
Has anybody else been experiencing similar problems?

Yes, there have been quite a few reports about campaigns being stopped after changes have been made. I'd go straight to Google adwords support for a authoritative answer.
