About 2 weeks ago I published a new site for a client, for which I paid for Yahoo express submission. Good results produced within 2 days, in Yahoo, good traffic etc... at the same time I used both select & ordinary adwords in Google to help push the site.

The site PR soon indicated a PR3, with some traffic being generated from good + relevant search terms, so after 7 days or so I paused the select adwords, within 24 hours the PR was 0. Today the PR shows the site is not listed in the DB.

Today I will restart the select adwords to see if this has really has effected the indexing / ranking of the site.

Anybody seen similar?

Yes, but without the ad words. It is very common for new domains to act like that when first listed.
