I have a keyword in Adwords which, according to the report, shows a 200% clickthrough rate. How the heck could that happen?

This is common and has been discussed here fairly often in the past (although I don't recall this having been mentioned within the last couple months).
The data center for the click throughs has to catch up with the data center feeding the info for the impressions. Sometimes it doesn't really balance out until the end of that day.

Also, if the user opens the link in a new window, leaving the google window open, and then clicks the google search link again, it gets counted as 2 clicks for 1 impression. I discovered after setting up a new campaign. I did a search for one of the phrases to see if my ad was appearing, and went to click it, but for some reason had the shift key down. I closed the window that it opened and re-clicked the ad on the google search to open in the same window. When I went back and looked later, it had a 200% CTR.
