I know that Google reserve the right to decide to ban some words but in this case the forbidden word is perfectly inoffensive and not removed from normal search results by using "family friendly" filtering.
I could reluctantly accept that the problem was that Google take a different view of the word to me, however several different competitors are running ads using the same word, they have been running for at least 2 weeks before mine was posted and they are still running a week after mine was banned.
I am losing business to my competitors because of unequal treatment by Google.
I wrote to the googleads help desk and got an irrelevant answer (from a robot?). The robot (or moron?) decided that I was complaining that other ads were using a word I disapproved of and said it would look into the usage. I'm quite happy that the word is used and that my competitors are allowed to use it, I just want the opportunity to compete on a level playing field.
Is that too much to ask?
Presumably a reply to the robot/moron will be a waste of time. Where do I go next?
