Ad not displayed

Hi,

we are running adwords campaign for a highly popular market, with over 30-40 advertisers.

We have tried everything, but here is the problem and maybe someone has a solution.

The ad is only shown in the very morning (uk time) and in the evening. During normal business hours (9-5) the ad is not shown at all and therefore it is loosing all the buesiness customers.

Is there anything we can do, we tried to increase the daily budget, we tried to increase the maximum amount per click, it didnīt help. Gooogle hasnīt been helpful at all either, so maybe someone here can help.

What is the avg ad position like? Are the ads being displayed in the partner sites during the business hours?

When your ad is appearing only occasionally, it is almost always a daily budget issue.

Most likely, your chosen daily budget is less than the suggested budget provided by the program. When this is the case, your ad won't show every time someone searches on your keywords. I'd suggest going to the 'Edit Campaign Settings' page in your account and checking up on this.
