Second, are you speaking of july 2005 or july 2004?
They speak of "January 28th, 2005". are you VERY sure you were approved after that date?
If yes, then try to find the exact date you got the approval email from Google and write again saying there is a mis-understanding.
Also, is there a pklace in your adsense panel where you have to enter a PIN?
That said, the email from Google is telling you that you do NOT need to have a PIN to activate your account since it was established way back when.
My guess is that you may have selected, under preferences when you first set the account up, to have Google hold your payment. You should be able to change that. Make sure that your address is correct and you should be getting your check in the next cycle since you are over $100.
Click on My Account (the fourth tab on the top)
Go down to "Payment Holding" and make sure that it is set to pay you monthly. If not, click "edit" to change your payment from "hold" to "pay monthly" -- and that should do it.
If that's not the case, email Google to ask them why they have not issued a check.
