I had earlier asked a questions about placing adsense on popups pages. But it is against TOS of adsense was the response. But I have number of pages where more than 200-500 words of content in it.
So I need advice on that, can I place the adsense or not.

You cannot put AdSense *in* a pop-up/under. Your site can have them though, provided pop-ups don't cover an AdSense ad unit.

A popup is still a popup though, and placing ads on popups is against the TOS. I'm not being antagonistic, but why don't you look at your site structure, navigation and layout closely? Perhaps these popups could be removed entirely; their content 'shoehorned' into a 'proper' site and not only will your visitors enjoy a less confusing experience of your website, but you'll also be allowed to place ads on pages you wouldn't normally.
Its key to think about your visitors, your site and how it all fits together first. Happy people are clicking people!
