EFT out of *beta*

Hello,

I just logged in to adsense and saw "EFT out of *beta*" with a link to whats new. Although when I refreshed the page it was gone..

Any info about this? Does it mean it is available in more countries now?

When I go to the payment page, it still says "Beta" next to the EFT option.

Maybe you saw a glitch in the matrix

interesting... my interface just has EFT as an option with no mention of beta whatsoever:

Interesting, now a few minutes later, my interface has changed to remove the beta:

Although the BETA text is removed on this screen, it still shows up on the Learn More link to the FAQ:

As a publisher that lives outside the USA but hold an USA bank account, I really hope AdSense now gives me the option to receive my payments on the USA bank account. Nothing changed on my interface yet, still hope.

Yes, there is. They will contact you if there is an issue with the amount of your earnings and the EFT option.

I'm hoping they get EFT working in Australia soon. It should be pretty straightforward - the Australian banking system is pretty modern.

In addition to Australia, Google has left some of the countries living in the cutting-edge of modern electronic banking out of the EFT system.

For example, of the Nordic countries, only those AS publishers who live in Sweden are able to get EFT, leaving AS publishers in Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland, with banks that have outrageously modern EFT systems, out of the loop.

Sending a cheque, in modern banking terms, is so...I dunno...so 1800s? And because of that, the cheques cost $$$s to cash in Nordic countries.

So, in terms of Google EFT development, expanding the number of countries within the EFT system is a priority, or at least should be.

I'm in New Zealand. I had the message that I could sign up for EFT but when I go into payment options it doesn't offer that option.

Is NZ on the list? I can't seem to find the actual list of countries anywhere.

I was signed up for EFT but now that the EFT is out of Beta I have to sign up again as I had not recieved my first payment nor have I reached the $100 mark.

Oddly, or should I say: sadly enough, I read this "EFT out of beta" right two days after I discovered that, after no previous issue with EFTs, my last payment didn't succeed. A couple of days after "Payment in progress", I entered my account just to read "Your payments were suspended". I'm sure there are better messages to read. Anyway: after a couple of sent emails, I received an answer from AdSense. They investigated: my EFT failed somewhere. Perhaps because it was too high.
Quite interestingly, I could never read, although I asked for it, about any explicit limit anywhere.
Hopefully I will receive my money next month, but I'm wondering if mine was the one and only EFT that failed after "Payment in progress" and if my failure defined the end of the BETA stage :-)

ann thats not an EFT list it just lists those that can have their money in local currency. I'm wondering if theres a new list for countries that can select EFT
