I asked their support, but it sucks and they never reply properly to my e-mails, so I have to ask you.
Also, they said that they have no way to show you which of your sites are banned.
I think that AdSense lacks a lot of "key" features.

Are you kidding? I tried having AdSense on my sites, but they would just show non-profit ads in the end, so I took them away. I didn't know about the ban at the time (which, IMO, sucks).
Even if those sites were banned, I am still using my AdSense account happily with my "acceptable" sites.

[edit reason] TOS [/edit]
Knowing that the policies are clear about that, why would you take a BIG risk, and try adsense in that kind of sites?
Come on, the TOS is a couple of pages at most. It could be memorized in about half an hour.
If the ads are displayed on your site and you can still login to view your account details you have not been banned. However, it might be that the content on some of your sites does not meet the guidelines of AdSense. If the sites accessable through the site in your profile are yours, you probably already know after reading the T&C of AdSense that at least one of them is not fitting in those guidelines.
If you try AdSense on such a site, they will normally show PSA's. AdSense has a system of stop words that trigger PSA's when they appear on your site, but the PSA triggering could also be caused by a manual review after a complaint from a visitor or advertiser.
Anyway, if this happens and the PSA's start to show on the site because of T&C violations, it is your responsibility to remove the ads. Although the PSA's stop earning money from that site, you are still in violation of the T&C by having the ad code there and you might risk at least a warning and possible closing of the account.
I of course took them away once I learned about this. I never read those agreements as it doesn't matter what they say -- I still have no choice but to accept them.
I was just curious what happens once a site/account is banned.
