Do you ban PPC wiki-copies websites?

I do, if you don't, why?

I've seen a couple of websites that use to appear on my websites, all computer/software related.
They are about wise geeks and owls, you know. ;)
I always put these sites in my competitive ads filter simply because they don't specifically offer products or services related to my website, basically, they are just selling stuff definitions and terms.
But, lately, I've seen some websites, even websites that gamble adwords-by-adsense, letting these ads appear on their sites.
Since these, the wise-websites, are just for making a living of PPC, I would think that from a monetary point of view, they don't worth to have you in your site either, they must be bidding cents and taking the place of good advertisers.
So, why some people keep them?
If you, yes you, the one who is reading this, haven't banned them, do you care to tell me why? :)

LOL.
Ok, try mywiseowl dot com, do a search, you'll find a wikipedia articles with google ads. This is a "made for adsense" site.
Now, google ads for this place appears on my website. I ban this site in my website, because 1) it is awfull, 2) it bids very low anyway, and I don't want $0.03 clicks away from my website.

The question, I have seen important sites, or at least nice, with content, that are showing these ads, therefore they have not banned sites like this.
So, why are these sites letting this poor advertiser/site running ads in their sites?

why are these sites

One simple reason may be that they don't know how to ban advertisers (or at least are not aware of why it may be a good idea to ban certain advertisers).

I ban these sites - and any others that seem to be trying to buy AdSense traffic with AdWords - when I see them. Their business plan is to pay a few cents for my users then get more valuable clicks in return. I don't blame them for trying, but personally I'd rather keep the valuable clicks for myself!

The problem is "when I see them". There are so many different advertisers on so many different pages of mine that I can't possibly monitor them all. I'm sure I miss some of these sort of sites.

It's made worse by the fact that I'm in the UK. Since I won't use IE I can't use the AdSense preview tool to see what advertisers are appearing on my sites in the US. An AdSense preview tool for Firefox would make me very happy.
