Im a newbie and I was shock this morning to have a 100% eCTR for the first time for 9 months w/ adsense in one of my channel... How could this happen?

Sometimes i get 200% or 300% - but the figures always drop to normal levels when adsense reporting catches up during the day.

It's quite possible - you can get more than one click per page impression. SOmeone might have clicked on 4 of the ads

Stats sometimes take a while to catch up. I logged on first thing this morning (8am UK time = midnight googletime) and saw some clicks and income for 0 impressions! It sorts itself out during the next day.
