Anyone else showing very low CPM and CTR today? I am about 20% of normal so far this morning.

I keep getting an ad, which is just a little off target, dominating my ad space. When this happens, my eCPM, earnings drop big time. It seems to take many hours to get rid of the non-performing ad.

The new and smart ad targeting algo is not working well for me so far, and requires lots of maintenance.

I think I must be stealing your CPM then, because yesterday was an all-time record for me. This morning is twice as high, but it's only 8:30am here, so it'll probably level off sometime during the day.

I can't estimate what my day's effective ecpm is until about 3:30 pm my time. I have had days where my ecpm started low and ended high and vise-versa. I will say that as a general rule, my ecpm drops as the day progresses, so starting high is good.

One account way down until a click dump a short while back and our main account still waiting...very slow...time to work harder!

Waaaaay Down as well.
Down by over 50%.
This hurts.

My main site is a high volume website.
Over 6,000+ clicks a day.

It always used to be low the CPC (less than 5 cents average) but this is a new low, last three weeks it had climbed over by 30%, but now it lower than ever.

Could this be something to do with adwords (that new program that they added)? Is this a system wide occurance or localized to specific industries?

Like Opti said, time to work harder.

Since my CTR is way off its average, I would assume it's just slow and out-of-sync reporting -- which happens occasionally. Nothing to worry about in my opinion..

The fact that people are reporting 40% higher, but normal CTR, and higher or lower than usual CTR or income, leads me to believe that it is indeed a bit off. Again, this is quite normal behavior for Adsense. Why does it happen? I have no clue. But I've been using it since the beginning, and from all observations, this is normal erratic behavior, and it should all be back to normal by this afternoon or evening.
