Alternate Page Option Loading up the Actual Alternate Page

Google has the option of loading the ads from alternate sites if you have PSA's showing on your site. Recently I have notice that instead of showing the ads from the alternate site it actually loads the entire alternate site in the Adsense area. Has anyone else noticed this?

Thats pretty much how I understood it would work from the beginning.
