There are hundreds of posts regarding google ban on adsense accounts with invalid clicks, i wonder if website is let say getting 1,000 Clicks and someone (not the owner, someone jealous with the site popularity )make 100 invalid clicks ...will google ban that website or will they give a warning or something.as site getting 1000 hits per day will definately be getting million page views per month and if someone is getting that much traffic i dont think he will be bother to click his/her own adds...

any thoughts?

If you noticed a couple of invalid clicks (in your opinion), you should immediately inform google team about it.

You may be right. I started noticing high clicking rates with my adsense with search, and I was kicked out just recently. I really do not understand why, I never clicked on my ads or anything of that sort. I thought they should of just adjusted the account rather than ban me.

violating the tos = high banned rates

There is no other known factor that leads to high banned rates.

google SHOULD give some tools to moitor the invalid clicks, as many publishers dont know even how to check if they are getting false clicks

Google should have some kind of automated tool like "delete duplicate clicks from the same IP in the same day".
I guess they're able to set something much more advanced than my stupid tought. LOL
But I mean something that would take care of clean publishers and discourage cheaters. I bet they will do something new soon.
Even if adsense program has already a couple of years, it's obviously on its early stage, and it will improve.

You can check the log book of your website for invalida clicks. Consider that invalid traffic (that come from robots) are also equivalent to invalid clicks.
