Adsense check and Mumbai rains

Check usually arrives by now. Postal Department has all the letters piled up at the headquarters it seems. I just hope that the check is not misplaced or washed away!

I suppose I will have to ask them to reissue it after 40 days

Hi,

Not me either... I am scared... everyday I dream of my new laptop that I am to buy this month.

If the cheque does not come in some days what we gonna do...I think we should start thinking...

I will ask google to cancel and send me another so that I will be sure that its going to come in my hands may be 1 or 2 months later.

The checks arrive from Singapore. Do they still first arrive in Mumbai, before moving on to other cities?

Dont think so unlike International courier co's which have clearing facilities only at one place. It might be going to all the major cities.

I am waiting for my pin number.. if I dont get it before 15th Ill have to wait another month to get first months payment :(

Hey Mumbai,

I dont have any idea why it didnt come for you guys before the rains :).

I always got on time perhaps on 1st or 2nd, only one month I didnt get it on time, the next month I selected the Courier Fee Facility it just comes on time like clock work.

I guess you guys havent selected the Courier Facility,select it, it's worth it, it will take away the agony ,sleepnights,and dependency on the government postal department, you are in safe hands of private MNC Courier company when you select that option.

Hope you all recieve by tommorrow.

I m also waiting for my first cheque which was sent on 26th july.
I m residing at Gujarat.

Google told me that u should wait for 2-4 wks.

I guess Gujarat's mails are send via Bombay only. Photos showing post offices under water gives me the creeps.

I am from Rajasthan, My check also got dispatched on 26 July but still no sign of it, it usually take about 9-12 days to reach?
