I login every 10 minutes. Am I addicted?

I launched my site last month. It's completely new and right now, I'm making about $1 per day. I noticed though that I login to google/adsense every 10 minutes to check for my earnings. And this keeps me from working and focusing on adding more content to my website. Am I addicted to AdSense? If so: Don't become like me. Spend your time on producing content.

I used to check them multiple times an hour but nowadays I try to limit it to 3 times a day. Once in the morning to see how much I made yesterday, once in the evening and once before I go to bed ;)

I have finally worked my way down to only 3 logins a day. This is partly due to mental discipline. (But mostly due to the Firefox extension that lets me see a snapshot of my stats at any time).

Yes its very very addictive. Its there in back of the mind all the time even when you are not in front of the computer. I am in to third month and now the fever is getting bit lesser. I think this fever is becasue it gives us a chance to see lot more income based on our current income from this.

I find that doing my once per month check on the first of the month to check the previous month is plenty.

Actually sometimes I'll go all day without checking. Sometimes I'll just keep the page open and refresh it about 100 times a day.

It logs in every 15 minutes for me :)

I was doing it every 20 minutes... but it occured to me that I'm only really generating money from 2-8 PM, so I basically learned to not check it until it gets later in the day.
