How to block invalid clicks

Dear All,

I have a serious problem, as you all might be aware of google adsense programme. This programme deactivates the account if your account generates invalid clicks.

So kindly if any one knows to block these invalid clicks plz help me out also, as how to block invalid clicks.

Wait a minute, are you asking for help on how to protect the ads on your site from malicious users? Or are you asking for help in cheating?

I don't think this is hijacking, but I for one would like to know how to prevent malicious users from clicking. I have a site that had Adsense on it, and was shut down becasue of malicious users, and I can't fathom how any of my users or visitors, most of whom are regulars, would be malicious with this sort of thing.

I have tried to regain my account without success, but if I do, I would like to know how to prevent this issue in the future.

Two methods.

Firstly, have a site that attracts decent web users and not malicious ones.

Secondly do not cheat, if this does apply to you. Its nothing more than stealing money from people like myself and others on this forum who spend our money advertising on Adwords.

There are a million sites out there with Adsense on them, they dont seem to have these problems, so why should you?

If it's true, that an adsense account can get suspended for bogus clicks, how is it that the 3rd tier search engines Continue to get away with it?

Wouldn't all the ptr clicks they get, which clearly come from mostly the same 'supporters', over and over again, be considered 'invalid'?

I would think the problem is pretty substantial, as the clicker, has Only to do One Click, if they click on the adsense, at the top of the portal page, whereas, if they Search, it becomes a Two-Stage process, wherein they First have to click a keyword on the directory, and Then click Again, on one of your results.

So it's much Faster and Easier for them to just click your adsence. One would Think, that's Why the adsence is There?.

But Month after month after month, thousands and hundreds of thousands of ptr page views Later, the adsence is Still Grinding away up there, on the 50 odd 3rd tiers sustaining ptr in any given month.

I can See, and Have, lol, the 2nd tier supporting the ptr biz, but never thought Google would stoop so low, apparently, I was Wrong.

I have no idea how many million page views are generated each month in front of ptr clickers, via Paid Links, leading to 3rd tier search engine portal pages, complete with google adsence right at the top, but can Assure you, the figure is Absolutely Staggering.

How in Dear GODS Name, do you Contextualize a portal page, Consisting of a Zillion Keywords/Keyword Phrases, varying with the Bids you guys/gals Place on them, Most, look for the Best Paying, in case the clicker misses the adsence, and does a search Instead.

The problem is that Google never disclose any details about invalid clicks and about what and how it happened, who did it, what IP address, or the nature of the infraction.

I think only way to monitor your the average clicks and trends regularly,if it suddenly increase the average numbers and look suspicious, you should write to google providing them the information’s as below.

The keyword(s) associated with those invalid clicks.
The related URL's of ad's receiving that invalid clicks.
Those suspicious IP addresses, which you can find through web logs.

I hope they might atleast not disable you, on other hand they can investigate on those invalid clicks.

Also use IP tracking scripts. They will report IPs and if you find multiple clicks from sam IP, you can report google.

what ever you try to block google still can send you an email about "invalid click" coz 2 of my friend got ban with no reason and he/she just got 1-10 click per day and very cheap ads . i see his/her stat it about 3-4 months they just got 100 $ but they still got email about "invalid click" . who cheat is google not you.
