My client was kicked from Adsense because of Me?

I was an adsense publisher before and I admit I was kicked because of some TOS violations (I know, I know... spare me the curses). Anyway I'm an adwords advertiser right now and I'm starting to handle clients.

One of my client was kicked out of adsense. I can assure you that her account was clean of clickfrauds. The email she got was that she was connected to an account that has been previously been disabled.

Now I think this is unfair. We have been paying google good money for three months now and suddenly they'll cancel her account because she's my client?

what is the connection google has refered to?

what services do you provide to that client?

How did google point to the connection between you and your client?

I'm an adwords advertiser which means, I pay adwords through my credit card. The connection I think was my name on the credit card and her website which I advertise.

Chiboy, in another thread [webmasterworld.com...] you posted three days ago that you were waiting for a check. Did you probably sign up again for AdSense under another name/address and might AdSense now think that there is some kind of network and they closed all accounts associated with you just to be sure?

I was referring to a check of my client. I said it that way so it wouldn't confuse readers.

Also, G hasn't closed my adwords account which means that they'll ban adsense accounts the minute they hint it's associated with a disapproved account but they wont ban adwords account which is clearly associated with disapproved accounts?

Another publisher got his account suspended, and his employer's account went down with it for being associated with a fraudulent account (he also maintained his employer's AdSense account). So it can happen.

I was also reading message #18 in the thread [webmasterworld.com...] which made me think you reregistered for your own purpose.

My hunch is that Google thinks you are still an 'invisible partner' of your client's website. After all, why wouldn't your client simply buy his/her own adwords for his/her own website? Why would he/she need your help to advertise her site?

Lammert, the thread you posted probably says it all. Case closed.

She should not be penalized because of you.
You should not advertise her website with your credit card.
