Adsense payment for the last month

I have a adsense account which I started in Aug last year but there wasn't enough traffic to my site but after the bourbon update my site traffic has increased like 1000 hits per day. My earning for till May was around dollar 60 after that it increased to dollar 500 till today so when can I expect the payment. I think at the end of June the total was around 170.

Can any one shed some light on this.

you should have a check by the end of this month... I tend to get my checks around the 25th-29th of the following month.
