As long as you own the web sites and have control over them, YES!
You're actually not allowed to get more than one AdSense account so it's pretty much your only option.
This is obviously good news for me, but I was really surprised by this.
I'm now hitting an average of 4$ every day, and I'm working hard to get an average of 6$ by the end of summer! Then I'll try to reach 1000$ a day, and then 1 million a day, then I'll buy the huge company I work for, then Microsoft and then take over the world! Huh... OK... i'll stick with my 4$ a day for now... :-)

I would like to point out to anyone reading this thread that that this person, just like probably all of us, wouldn't necessarily have expected that getting one site accepted into Adsense meant that you could put code on any other site you own.
Of course we all now know that this exact policy is was has led to the explosion of scraper sites and crappy "made for Adsense sites".
My question would be, if we can put Adsense on any site we want without Adsense's review (except evidently porn and pharmaceuticals), including some garbage scraper site, why was any initial site review and acceptance needed at all? Adsense has no standards.
