You will not get any money they have not yet sent you. However, they have sued at least one other publisher to recoup money for payments they have sent, after the publisher was suspended for invalid clicks.

tongwa, the case where they sued the publisher was in the US and was unusual. If I remember correctly, it was a publisher who had set up a large fraudulent "engine" and had made large amounts of money.

Every other case I've heard about, including dozens posted on this board, Google only cancels the account and won't pay out any earnings that haven't been paid already. They don't take action to collect previous payments.

Has your account been terminated, or are you just trying to find out about a worst-case scenario?

They hold your payment to refund the defrauded advertisers the best they can.

Unless you were innocent, and can prove it, I would kiss that money goodbye.

They will probably not sue you unless you owe them 1000's of dollars.
