CSS menu above adsense ads

I have a leaderbord under a css menu.
When someone is browing thru the menu, the menu-items will overlap the adsense ads.
Is this prohibited?

If you mean a drop down dropping down over the Ads I wouldn't have thought so. I have never saw anything to say that this is against the TOS. However you have to consider if this is a good idea. Is there nowhere else suitable for placement or perhaps another menu option?

hmmm - probably not directly against TOS. But if people accidentally click on the ads because they miss the menu item, theoretically it could be deemed an invalid click - no?

I'm pretty sure it's against TOS. I recall something in there about not being allowed to cover the ads with other things.

E-mail adsense support and ask them the question.
