After asking to many questions the first few times I finally signed up for Adsense to take it for a run to see how well I can do in a months time. I am just waiting for the confirmation e-mail to say ok I can. I signed up once and they approved, but that was like 5months ago so I signed up again so I should get approved. Its a gaming site mainly for 1 game I get about 7-8k unqiue people a month nothing special.

The question is I see a few people posting about having several sites. Can you use the same Adsense account on different sites as long as they follow their rules (TOS)? So you could actually make twice the money if you could get the same ammount of people in 2 different catagories.

I am trying to start learning PHP and more advanced HTML (I know basic HTML) and possibly open up a template/script site and sell for dirt cheap prices on scripting and templates. I don't know if that kinda site would not be allowed according to their TOS. I havn't really checked into that yet. Maybe another gaming site to I dunno what ever makes money I guess :)

Yes, if your first site is approved you can use the same account for other sites.

Why did you sign up again after 5 months? I signed up 2 years ago and did not put up the ads until this March....pw still worked, money came through fine etc. Google didn't seem to mind one bit.

Far as html, I use Tidy to clean up my documents as Tidy fixes errors and re-formats the entire code into Xhtml 1.0. This not only cleans it but speeds up load-times.
BUT you need a FULL site backup because it could mess up a single piece of your code and ruin your whole site! That's never happened to me, but better safe than sorry.

Peace out.

I wouldnt worry about cancelling the recent request.
I did the same thing you did. I had an adsense account from over a year ago that I never really used, and so I reapplied when I wanted to use adsense for my new site. They sent me an email saying the application was unnecessary, they did not need (or even want) to review the new site, and to just use the old account. I didn't have to cancel the application, they seem to have taken care of it.

I just got my email request back today and they said that they couldn't approve it because I was allready approved and gave me the email I was already approved on it was a very nice email though they said they would help me get started if I was having any troubles :)

Quick question though is my ads seem to be plan and they are just words not images with like UNCEF or some crap as links nothing nobody will click how do I get it to gear twards a certain intrest as in what my site is because my ads have nothing to do with my site.

Public Service Ads (ie UNICEF) aren't unusual on a new page.

This normally sorts itself out within 30 mins or so.

Mine has been 24hours and still gives me stupid ads saying like MSAA needs ur support. I think it migh thave something to do with my keywords the way my site is setup. I havge my ads ad th ebottom of my template and my template is in photoshop so it might not be able to pick up keywords from the news frame? I am making a new template soon hopfully it will work

If you keep on getting PSA's on your pages then you should consider rewriting your text with good keywords. I had a page once that would only show PSA's for months. After several edits using new keywords I finally got the ads that I was looking for.

Once you change title of pages according to keywords and file name ads seems to be right soon.

sometimes without www you got public service ads.
