Why the PIN can't be arrive on my address?

I have an account with Google Adsense, it's now over the min amount to issue the check. But I haven't received the PIN yet while I have requested it for twice. I have tested my post address with post from US and it works. What should I do? Please advice. Thanks.

Contact Google support, they are the only ones who can help you.

I received mine in 5 weeks time and I am living in a galaxy far far away..... so if you didn't receive it within 5 weeks time, should contact Adsense support for it.

when you joined google adsense?

I joined 6 months back but recently go above minimum $ to get paid first time but I never received or informed by google about a PIN.
