How MUCH do you earn? AGAIN

As the old "How much do you earn?" thread has died out and has went out of proportion becoming too long, here is a fresh thread after some time has passed since G allowed us to disclose our gross revenue. Not that there is anything "gross" about my own revenue, but thought to share it to give a sense of relief and hope to the new comers or low earners like myself that they are not alone, having seen all the BIG numbers all over this forum in the past.

I also remember the other 2 threads started by rfung the first making $20/day aiming for $100/day and the second aiming for $300/day and still saying he is among the low earners and is no place to play with the BIG guys. If rfung with such a revenue is among the small or mini publishers, then sure I belong to the micro group. Just thougt to start a hope thread for those still like myself in the micro-club.

My Earnings
Sep 2004 $0.31
Oct 2004 $0.54
Nov 2004 $1.12
Dec 2004 $0.69
Jan 2004 $2.75
Feb 2005 $3.33
Mar 2005 $6.27
Apr 2005 $38.41
May 2005 $65.63

This means I was able to reach $2 a day last month. Now I aim at reaching $5 a day in 3 months time. Yes a modest goal, but to me it is a big one ;)

So who's interested in showing his/her earnings for a refresher on the topic.

[A hope the topic does not divert away from its original aim: sharing with others stats about your revenue.]

Congratulations Shafaki.

Reading your posts, it seems like you have followed the advice here about optimising your pages and clearly the results are a pleasing increase in revenue for you!

We all start small. I started adsense to (hopefully) earn enough to pay my annual web hosting bill. How much is years hosting? Not a lot! However, with experimentation and the advice here, I now understand what works well on my site, and what doesn't and my income has gone up as well.

It's like bodybuilding. If you ever stop increasing the weight in every workout(more content/pages), your body will stop developing more muscle!(more money)

$150/day on the weekend, $250/day during the week days. Started in November 2003. Non AS income is about $2k/month. Total number of AdSense websites = 7. In January, AS income was around $300/day. Summer slow down and some unfavorable algo changes dropped it to the present state. Slowly building AS income back up tho as well as the non-AS income.

Jan 05 - $247.42
Feb 05 - $209.25
Mar 05 - $402.79
Apr 05 - $506.76
May 05 - $394.00
June 05 - $415.72

I only have the one site, getting about 2k uniques a day. The subject matter is low paying however so it gets the low paying ads.

However since the site is UK based, all earnings are effectively halfed when converted to Pounds Sterling.

Anyone here feel like sharing their "subject" matter or "theme" of the sites they make this money on? I know we cant post urls :(

Maybe the question should be, has anyone purchased a site to get where they are? Or considered it?

Only been online two months.

June 05 - $231.00
July 05 (so far) - $175.00

Want to desperately get into casale or burst or some other CPM program - I'm on target to do about 1.5 million page views this month, maybe 2 mill.

Sunny:

Yeah, that would be my way of saying "no, people here aren't going to give that kind of information away, so let's ask another one".

Nice try though.

LOL, not quite what i meant.

I meant the "TYPE" of site ;) Such as blog, ecommerce, information, portal, links, directory etc.

Not the niche ;) lol

2 months at it...about 40 bucks total.
Pulling my hair out over like a 3 cent average click.

There's GOT to be a better way.

I get around 200 uniques a day for a couple forum-type sites.
Not sure how much more we can optimize for more traffic, to be honest.

Forum sites generally don't do well with AS and are the ones most often booted out of the program for fraudelent clicks.

I am still a newb and changing to help get the most out of my ads.

This month it looks like we could reach $2000 (judging from our average daily earnings, which is $65).

When there is no traffic spike, we get approx. 2000 unique visitors per day. 62% bookmarks/no referer, 23.5% from websites, 14% from search engines (95% from Google).
