It is allowed to manage two adsense accounts from one computer?
My boss has an adsense account, I too.
He lives in another country, have no time to experiment with ads size/placement/colors, and want from me to manage his account.
It is against Adsense TOS?

I think your not allowed to have two PERSONAL accounts but I see no reason why you cant have two SEPERATE accounts and use the same PC.

Yes I was in somewhat of the same situation and I asked Google and they do allow it as long as it is in different names and personal info.
