Strange new format in wide skyscraper displaying

I'm seeing "Change to ads about" followed by adlinks!

For the first time I'm seeing adlinks displaying inside a regular wide skyscraper ad. This is without me actually choosing to put adlinks on the page. This is new (at least for me). Anyone else seing this "Chage to ads about:" section in their regular text ads?
