Using AdSense with a new site.

What's the procedure for using adsense with a new site. Would you just create a new channel or do you somehow apply and make sure the new site is approved for adsense?

Create a channel. Google does not allow for one person to apply more than once to AdSense...

Right... But then how does adsense make sure the new sites is acceptable to their standards?

They don't, at least until someone there find you.

In theory, they can check if the ad is being shown in the same site you registered and, if it is different, someone will go there look if it obeys AdSense's rules... Don't know if they actually do that.

Yeah, I'm not too worried about having any problems with my new site, but I just wanted to play by the rules.
