Usually how many days it will take to reach the PIN in India? Shall I request G to resend PIN?

Man I'm in the U.S. and I still havent gotten a pin, just recently asked for it to be resent.

It took me about 6 weeks before I got my PIN...and I live in Mountain View, CA, which is a couple miles away from Google.

I am in Pakistan and me too still not received the pin after passing 16 days.

Can anyone explain why they are holding the payment and what's the cause of the delay in getting pin.

Patience, patience... Expect to wait up to six weeks before starting to worry - don't order a new one yet as you'll just start to wait all over again! It took 5 weeks to arrive here in Canada: it was sent bulk mail from Jamaica, of all places, so I assume it's outsourced and probably sent in batches.

No, once you've entered the first PIN to activate your account that's it. The second PIN will arrive but you wont needed it.

Damn I just checked my account and I need one as well. I closed my account because I had to change countries as I am travelling around the UK at the momment. Even though I have been with adsense since the start.
