I would think that most people who've been kicked out of the AdSense program would remove all AdSense code from their pages.

Any reason for leaving it in? It seems right that google does this, on behalf of the AdWords advertisers.

Not everybody has the code integrated via SSI. It may take longer on some sites than others.

If Google is presenting no evidence to the publisher of TOS he has violated then any suggestion to his visitors which reflects badly on the publisher would be in bad taste.

thx for your rapid replies, i got some clues.

sure it's difficult for me to remove all the adsense codes, sooo many pages.... although i am using a CMS, it's still need many time to change the template and rewrite all the htmls.

Another curious thing:

when i implement adsense code to my site, the alexa rank of my site dropped down from about 9000 to about 18000, and from today, with adsense do not show any more, the alexa rank of my site got a rapid growth,
from 18000 to about 10000, incredible. i'll keep an eye on that, see if there is other factors influcing it.

A very fair point which I had not considered....
