Its up to you to check your sites log file and find the problem, you can forward any finding to the adsense team but don't hold your breath for a quick response.
It is very rare for a publisher to have the account reinstated after it has been disabled, everyone is telling you to move on to another company and thats the only advice we can all give because you are not going to get your adsense account back and more than likely you are not going to be getting a cheque.
Nigeria, Iran, Syria etc?
Having seen Iranians/Turks/etc using the Net in the UK for contacting people back home, it wouldn't surprise me if a site such as this may be popular with ex-pats.
Saeed, when I first asked where you got your traffic from I had a hunch that was the root of your problem.
When you say that you bought traffic similar to AdWords does that mean that it was PPC traffic or one of those "Buy 100,000 visitors for $19.95" traffic?
If it was the latter I would send a email to Google and tell them that you made an error in judgement in buying this type of traffic and you will not do it again. Also, if you have a quality site, inform Google how your site could be a benefit to the AdSense program.
If this traffic is the source of your problem it certainly is not as flagrant a violation as those "click my ads" ones are, and Google may show you some consideration.
Good luck
I came across a site that is nothing but directories of other sites with adsense at the top of the main page. I'm not saying that this is Saeed's site, but would sites like this be candidates for cancellation? I know I can't mention a URL in this forum, but if you try what I just did I think you'll know which site I'm referring to.
No offense meant, Saeed. We're all trying to get to the bottom of your problem.
How does Google know what kind conversion rate the advertiser gets?
Google has a conversion-tracking tool that some advertisers use.
Even without the tool, Google can be fairly certain that ads aren't converting well if disproportionate numbers of clicks come from certain countries or regions.

I think this is the best advice for your case.
Thus, you get scenarious where most of the users have to use a proxy service
interesting observation Momotan. it means that since Adsense targets the proxies' IPs, then ads for country A would be displayed for country B, which of course would result in 'invalid' clicks, specially with the wordings that some merchants use on Adwords to increase their CTR.
and i agree with members that recommended you to move on. dont panic and try someting else, its not end of the world! :)

Since most of your visitors are from Iran, I assume that your content is written in Persian language.
as far as G are concerned, clicks which primarily come from countries they consider, rightly or wrongly, to be "trash traffic", are, to all intents and purposes, "invalid".
invalid DOES NOT mean you have been sitting at home in your den clicking your own ads. It "might" mean that, but it also means 100 other things which fall under a google defined umbrella...and an umbrella which might change form and size day by day.
Saeed, get over it and move on.
OR...you can spend another 2 weeks posting here when you could be arranging alternative revenue sources for yourself.
your choice.
Seams like nothing but invalid clicks and fraudulent emails coming from this region anyway’s (absolute load of crap). I want to completely block this region from accessing my sites.
I will appreciate some pointers on how to achieve this.
