Can Google/ Similar pay per click program be used with mailing lists?

Dear All,

I understand that Google Adsense codes cannot be embedded in the mailing lists? [Well, this was true when I last read their TORs some days back!]

Can anyone recommend a program similar to Adsense, where the codes can be embedded in the mailing lists/ email newsletters? Has anyone tried it?

I have used bicclix, adssonar, and likes... but none of them offer this option so far.

Have you tried revenue pilot? I think they have an email add in option?
