I'm seeing a nice boost network-wide but it's largely because summer is here and world news has been really active.

Not complaining though; I'll save that for Nov 2025 - Mar 2026 :)

How is this month going for everyone this far?

For me just ok, not great, not the worst, middle of the line you could say.

6% better than this time last year; hopefully that evens me out for the year after the brutal Jan-Mar period.

@Ninagreece,

sorry to hear that, it could be better for me as well, but I guess we have to accept this as the new normal now, for the most part.

How is everyone doing at about the mid point of June?

Just ok for me, but I have had worst days.

@MayankParmar,

I have tried Mediavine myself, but it did not work out very well for me.

I am happy to hear that it is better for you, I guess it depends on the niche, maybe?

Good luck and all the best, I do really hope it works out. :-)

I'm seeing the start of "summer time sadness" in the rpm, do you guys (last few days)?

Well, I don't know how this is even remotely possible, but here's my latest depressing observation.

I recently had a site approved for adsense and I have been running four ads in a sidebar on most pages. I run them through an adplugg server. They always show up. I can see them. For this month, I have 1,486 impressions on each, for a total of 5,944 impressions. I know that's not a lot, but I've been working on the site and the numbers continue to improve. However, google shows a grand total of impressions for this month of 87. Yes, 87 impressions.

What may be even more disturbing is that I have over 700 pages on that site. At the start, when I was approved for adsense about six months ago, almost every page was indexed. I looked yesterday and saw that less than 100 were indexed. The rest had vague issues, like canonical, other things I could not wrap my mind around.

I can only conclude that Google is, and has been for a long time, shadow banning, or de-monetizing me because of my political views. I am at a point that I am going to make a lot of noise about this because suing them is a fool's errand and I'd be better off stabbing myself in the eyes than trying to get straight answers from them.

My older site has been having the same kind of under-reporting issues for years, with the same issues in terms of being de-indexed. I've totally had it with these scumbags. They're crooks. No two ways about it.

EDIT: I just sent Google the message above, word for word, with a few more choice suggestions. They can go ahead and de-index my entire life, for all I care at this point. It's disgusting how we've allowed these corporations to run roughshod over our content, our hard work, our lives. I am beyond disappointed or angry. The issues of censorship, lies, fraud, deceit by corporations and government need to be addressed in the harshest manner possible. Having lived a fruitful life beyond the age at which I thought I'd be dead (71), I have nothing to hold me back. I honestly don't need the money from adsense (thank God for that, I'd be on the street), but I do need honesty, or at least a friendly reach-around while I'm being raped.

Sorry, I'm just disgusted and tired of seeing these big corporations screw everybody else, all the time.

Well, probably too early to tell, but, late yesterday, my revenue suddenly shot higher, along with RPM, which doubled from my previous average. I ended with the second best revenue day of the month, after sending Google my dose of attitude.

Today, my RPM is the highest its been this month except for... yep, yesterday, and my page RPM is the highest this month.

Now, I'm not claiming victory. Far from it, though I do find it more than just coincidental that right after pointing out that I can see the obvious discrepancies, my numbers magically improve. It's probably only temporary, an appeasement on their part, and I intend to keep after them. People have to learn to stand up to these corporate criminals since our government refuses to do anything to keep them in line. Let's see where this goes.

Over the past 10 days, I've noticed a significant and consistent increase in both RPM and CPC.
However, this comes at a time when my overall traffic is dropping, likely due to ongoing issues with Chinese SEO link spam, which is negatively affecting my search rankings.

At the same time, I'm running very strict Cloudflare firewall rules to block bad traffic, and I’ve also implemented a blending module for cookie consent.

I'm wondering:
Could these measures (strict firewall rules + cookie choice module) be influencing my RPM and CPC in a positive way?
Or is this just a coincidence?

Would appreciate any insights or similar experiences!
