'Ad Serving Disabled' for Harmful or unwanted software

Error in Adsense policy center

Good evening to the team,

How do I solve this problem?

The error says that there is harmful or unwanted software in the URL but the site and URL are clean. I use the same URL on another subdomain and I have no problem, on the same site.

I left the strange ending open in the image at/?_gl=1*13wcodw*_up*MQ..

The original URL ends only in ..em/

This same problem has already happened, on the same subdomain 2 months ago, I deleted the site's URL and removed it from Google search console. But now it has appeared again and I wanted to understand before just removing it.

In the 'status' column it says 'Ad Serving Disabled', but I access the url in the subdomain and the ads remain there, just like the other time the error occurred.

Thank you! <3

Just wait it out - it will go away.

I've had these over the years and, more recently, JUST this past Sunday.

It's a False Positive by the Adsense system, something I've had an Adsense Support person verify for me last year. I think it's Adsense's own ads causing it.

My warnings are gone as of this morning - so, just give it time and it should pass on its own.

Thank you for your help!

This is the third time it has appeared to me, all in the France subdomain. I also have the same URL on other subdomains but it's never had a problem. The other two times I deleted the URL and the error came out, this time I'll leave it and hope it goes away.

So it took just over a week for you? I'm afraid of bigger problems.

Do you think it's worth opening a ticket with Adsense support?

Never hurts to open a ticket with them if you can. I did that when it first happened to me - they were able to clarify that it wasn't me...but them - without actually saying it was their fault :)
