Adsense Tax Residence Proof for Singapore

Adsense used to ask for W-8 Ben form when your adsense account is first approved.
Now for those receiving income in local currency (asian countries) after conversion through singapore bank, adsense is asking for Tax Residence Proof document, which also has an expiry date !
In India, it is usually PAN but it does not have any expiry.
Tax Residence Certificate can be obtained by applying physically to an AO (assessing officer) and it expires every year.
This process looks tedious and need to be repeated every year.
Did anyone else from Asia face this issue

I also, just now, saw the notification in my adsense account. We are a pvt. ltd. company in India. Did you submit the documents? Did they accept the PAN card or last year's Income tax return?

PAN card was enough. Name on card should exact match with Name on your adsense account

Hey, were you able to get the payment with just PAN card? Our request got rejected when we uploaded just PAN card.

Yes.
you need to make sure name on PAN card is exactly same as your name on account with Google and in Bank account details
