Has anyone received a form 1099 Misc income form from Google yet? I already got one from Fastclick, but not yet from Google. I am wondering if they don't send them out if the income was less than a certain amount?

If your income was under $600 they are not obligated to send one out, thought they still might.

$600 . . .

That's it.

(not that I am revealing my Adsense earnings!)

Anyone know whether we should be expecting to receive some kind of form from Adsense reporting earnings to the IRS, and if so, has anyone received that yet?

Got mine over a week ago (in New York).

They don't have to send them out to everyone, just to those who received at least $600 last year, so some may not get them...

Haven't received it, and we most definitely earned more than $600 last year. Received Fastlick's yesterday

I moved and changed my address with AdSense in September 04. I started receiving my check to the new address the following month. However in January 05 my 1099 was mailed to my old address.

Not sure if I was supposed to change the information on the tax status form seperately.

So if anyone changed their address for their AdSense account and didn't get their 1099, check your previous address.

Yes, you have to change the address information in the tax status form separately.

I had the same issue and I emailed them about it. They said that you need to update the tax form as well.

I want to bump this up a bit to know if I need to send an email to Google. Did you already get your form? I think I got mine in January some time last year... I didn't recieve the 1099 yet.

I've got all my 1099s from Google and my affiliate programs, have e-filed my taxes, and should have my refund within a few weeks.

Just started adsense in Nov 2004 and received Nov check on the last day of Dec, so didn't have time to process and deposit it until Jan. Our company works on a cash accrual tax basis, so we should not have had to claim it until 2005 taxes. However they still sent a 1099 MISC for 2004 including it. Didn't get 1099 MISC until ~ late Jan AFTER the last quarter estimated tax payment was due (1/15/05), so now we have to redo the estimated tax and send a letter to IRS explaining why we should not get penalized for the late estimated tax payment... Pain in the Butt!
